Dear Mr.
Caterer,
My name is Alberto
Marroquín and I am the Party Planner of the Cupcakes Corporation. I am writing
this letter to inform you that the dinner you served in the Christmas party to
the Cupcakes Corporation, made fifteen employees got intoxicated with it.
First of
all, this accident will cost to the company apologies to the sick employees,
and by apologies means compensation to these people, also, it would include the
money the company have to spend on the reporters, the T.V., newspapers, etc.
Second, as
the Caterer, you have to take care of these issues because your reputation will
be ruined, and because if you do not do it, our company will sue you, as the
Caterer, for higher damages to our company.
Finally, I
want you to know that this letter is not a threat to scare you, it is just a
warning you to accept your responsibilities.
I hope to hear from you soon in order to start making the agreement
because of this horrible accident.
Sincerely yours.
Alberto Marroquín
Party Planner of the Cupcakes Corporation
Dear Mr. Marroquin,
ResponderEliminarFirst of all I want to apologize to you and to all the employees that got sick because of my fault. A couple of weeks ago I spent a lot of time planning what kind of food will be the best for dinner party, however it was my mistake for not checking it again. I hope that your company will not be affected because of my mistake.
Then, my company and I will be responsible for the problem despite of all my workers get fired. The staff will loss the job if they have something to do with the situation. Do you know how many people got sick? Although the question is odd, I need to have an answer to have an average of how much I will spent in time and money, also have a control of my budget.
Finally, I feel so sorry about what happened. We will come up with a new solution in benefit to your corporation. During this week, I will prepare the schedule for the reporters that want to know all.
I hope that you have a good weekend and I will waiting for your answer.
Sincerely yours.
Mr. Carter
